About the Role
As a Human Resources Specialist—Logistics, you will be part of a team that builds strong and trusting relationships with associates and business partners while fostering a culture of care and appreciation. Y ou will help support associates and business partners regarding HR processes, new hire onboarding activities and compliance programs.
What You’ll Do
+ Be a support partner for associates by working to provide answers and establishing connections to appropriate business partners and resources
+ Provide feedback on HR programs, policies and processes to HR partners
+ Champion new associate onboarding and recruiting activities
+ Administer HR processes for associates and executives
+ Execute compliance programs with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
+ Facilitate classroom orientation and training sessions
+ Give recommendations and insights based on analysis to HR leadership
+ Support implementation and adoption of HR-related initiatives across the organization
+ Conduct exit interviews as needed
+ Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
+ 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative or customer service-oriented roles
+ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
+ Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred
+ Prior experience working as part of a team
+ PHR or SPHR
