Job Description

An enterprise client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Honolulu, HI. This person will work with internal stakeholders to improve business and technical processes by connecting them with the right IT solutions, supporting process improvements, and helping plan for future technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business units and IT.

Analyze and improve business processes using technology.

Support planning, training, and adoption of new tools.

Educate teams on current and emerging technologies.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Help shape IT strategy and communicate customer needs.

Skills and Requirements

Strong knowledge of IT systems and business processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst focused on complex technology applications, including experience in developing business plans/cases, process models and customer solutions.

2+ years of project management experience for small to large technology implementations.

Experience with systems and projects focused on Data Analytics

Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) desired.

Lean Six Sigma certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute desired. null
