Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Director of Connectivity Products to support our telecommunications client. The Director of Connectivity Products leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the client's mobile, internet, and integrated product lines. This role is accountable for the product roadmap, aligning offerings with business and customer needs, and achieving portfolio EBITDA targets.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and execute a 24-month product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the CTO Strategy team.

Approve product requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure timely delivery.

Drive improvements in ARPU, subscriber metrics, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure successful product migrations and decommissioning aligned with strategy.

Product Development & Management

Evaluate new opportunities against strategic goals.

Oversee development of Wireless, Broadband, Voice, Video, and Business Products.

Translate business needs into product requirements, balancing cost and feasibility.

Align product strategy with business objectives and customer insights.

Lifecycle Management

Manage product performance across technical and financial dimensions.

Identify lifecycle transitions, including legacy product decommissioning.

Reduce one-off and non-strategic offerings.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of experience in positions of increased responsibility in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, or related background

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management

5 years of supervisory or management experience

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field

Experience within the Telecommunications industry working with wireless or wireline products Ability to relocate to Anchorage, AK

Masters or PhD

Experience with

CCA (Competitive Carriers Association)

CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association)

GSMA (GSM Association)
