Job Description
A healthcare insurance company is hiring a Remote Senior Scrum Master to support the delivery of the projects within their Population Health Management portfolio. Currently the team is working to integrate an EHR system into their environment. As the Scrum Master you are responsible for facilitating Scrum events, while also working with the project manager to ensure the team is able to deliver within defined project timelines. The ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible in their agile approach when considering to leverage a Scrum or Kanban framework to cater to different project needs and team dynamics.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience supporting cross-functional resource teams
4+ years of facilitating Scrum/Agile projects in hybrid agile/waterfall environments
Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Flexible and dynamic approach to running Agile/Scrum projects Experience using Agility tool
Background in healthcare or health insurance
Scrum Certifications
Product Owner experience null
