    Job Description

    A rapidly expanding worldwide Manufacturing company is looking for a Day shift CNC Programmer for permanent placement in Arvada, CO. The Programmer will play a crucial role in the creation of programs for use in machining of custom metal parts, including complex impellors, inducers, covers, casing, and caps for use in industrial fluid transfer, such as Oil and Gas. Main responsibilities include Programming on Siemens NX for 40% new parts, and 60% new versions of existing parts, for both Lathe and Mill. May also Design fixturing as needed. This role will involve heavy collaboration with Production Supervisors, Planners, Machinists, Manufacturing Engineers, and Leadership. Candidates will need to have experience with Siemens NX and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1+ years of tool path creation in Siemens NX

     

    5+ years of experience CNC Mill or Lathe programming

     

    Machining background preferred to prove programs

     

    Strong Communication skills Experience in Fixture design, Modelling/modifying CAD models, sketches

     

    Experience working with exotic metals in addition to steel (Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy)

    Bachelors or Associates Degree null
