Job Description

This position will be hybrid 2 days a week on site in their location in Bangalore, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Projects & Change Requests

Work on global projects and handle change requests in SAP IBP, focusing on Demand Planning and Response & Supply Planning.

Integrated Design & Operations

Ensure the integrated design, build, deployment, and operations of supply chain planning applications.

Manage and communicate dependencies effectively.

Operational Excellence

Maintain business continuity by ensuring operational excellence of responsible applications.

Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to identify, classify, and prioritize customer issues.

Business & IT Partnership

Partner with leaders within the business and IT to drive harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence of SAP planning solutions.

Leverage strong knowledge of both business and technology.

Process Documentation & Collaboration

Understand and document process flows, integration points, forms, and workflow requirements.

Collaborate with process leads, vendors, and solution integrators to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities.

Integration with ECC/S/4 HANA

Integrate SAP IBP with other functions in ECC or S/4 HANA as needed.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with SAP IBP

o Modules: Demand Planning or Response & Supply Planning

Practical experience with projects involving SAP S/4 HANA or have an SAP Certification

Experience with 1+ full SAP IBP Lifecycle Implementations

o Integration between SAP ECC with IBP or s4 Hana

Bachelors degree in engineering or related field

Support based role or experience Knowledge of ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft applications

Configuration and/or development experience in SAP APO (in at least one of the following modules: DP, SNP) null
