Job Description

Insight Global is looking to build out a technical team filled with 2 tech leads and both mid/junior level engineers. This is a chance to join a growing team with a heavy focus within the AI chatbot space. We need candidates that are passionate about providing strong code, have a strong desire to learn more about the AI space and have true passion with working with a team. We need candidates with a strong Java Engineering background, that can handle short sprint initiatives and push projects forward. We will also need 2 lead engineers to help guide projects and lead from the front, with strong hands on engineering experience as well.

Skills and Requirements

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Java and SQL for backend development

- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with Python for scripting and ML workflows

Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI knowledge

-Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and serverless frameworks

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills

-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams Any big query or big data backgrounds null
