    Were looking for a Technical Project & Systems Lead to drive Agile delivery, lead cross-functional development efforts, and architect scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in both startup and enterprise environments, understands the LAMP stack (or similar), and is passionate about building tools that support automation, data, AI, and operational efficiency.

    Skills and Requirements

    Technical Experience:

    - 6+ years in systems, software engineering, or data-related roles

     

    - 2+ years leading cross-functional technical teams or projects

     

    - Experience with PHP (Laravel/Symfony), MySQL, Python, JSON, XML

     

    - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), - DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD

     

    - Experience with data models, ETL pipelines, and system integrations

    Project Management & Leadership:

    - 5+ years in a Technical Project Manager or Agile leadership role

     

    - Strong ability to manage sprints, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration

     

    - Comfortable working in a lean IT environment with outsourced resources

     

    - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) is a plus - Experience in health & wellness or fitness industries

     

    - Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS platforms

    - Exposure to AI/ML projects or automation initiatives null
