Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IT Compliance Manager for one of our largest retail clients in the greater Houston area. This person will be responsible for leading a team of 6 internal audit analysts, and will specialize in retail IT compliance in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The ideal candidate will come from a retail IT compliance background, have experience leading a team of compliance analysts, and will possess the soft skills and leadership acumen necessary to cultivate team success. This position will be onsite in Katy, TX with half-day Fridays, will be a 6 month contract position, and the pay will range from $75-$85/hr.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience working in IT Compliance or internal audit in a retail space (can come from Big 4 audit company)
Experience leading a team of compliance analyst or professionals
Knowledgeable on PCAOB best practices
Excellent leadership and soft skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices as they relate to IT governance areas such as COBIT, COSO, PCI-DSS, ITIL, ISO 27001
Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and the procedures surrounding publicly held corporation reporting and documentation null
