    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Top Secret Project Controller to sit fully on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD. The ideal candidate will come an Engineering/or Construction Management background within the Intelligence community. They will be developing and managing schedules for all projects, providing critical path analysis, and devising solutions for problem areas. They responsible for preparing monthly reports for both internal and external stakeholders, advising the team on project success factors, and participating in project management teams to meet deadlines. Additionally, maintaining a change management program, identify out-of-scope work items, and assist in creating change order requests. Proactively identifying project problems or opportunities, interfacing with project teams and clients, and reviewing and recommending action on change order claims from subcontractors are integral aspects of the role, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

    Compensation:

    $120,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Active Top Secret

     

    -Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a construction related field + 5 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

     

    -Expert using Primavera 6

    -Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) for project timeline and performance analysis null
