    Job Summary

    The Sr. Inside Account Executive at SHI International provides guidance and mentorship to Inside Sales Executives, fostering their professional growth while developing strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves advanced prospecting techniques, building relationships with key stakeholders, and assisting customers with complex IT solutions. The executive manages large-scale projects, collaborates with internal resources for comprehensive customer solutions, and analyzes sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and continuous improvement is achieved.

    Role Description

    • Provide guidance and mentorship to Inside Sales Executives, fostering their professional growth and development.

    • Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

    • Conduct advanced cold calling and prospecting techniques to identify high-potential customers and new business opportunities.

    • Establish and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders within assigned books of business, including C-level executives.

    • Assist customers in selecting, deploying, and managing complex IT solutions, leveraging deep technical knowledge and expertise.

    • Address client concerns and provide strategic recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor.

    • Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

    • Oversee and manage large-scale projects through the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with SHI internal resources, including marketing, product management, and technical teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

    •Serve as a mentor to team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and enhance team performance

    The base salary for this position is $45,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions, are $50,000 - $65,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
