    Phone Sales with Tech Support for Industrial Position

     

    1st shift position for a detail - oriented and tech - savvy individual that has mechanical knowledge and customer service skills. Will need to use a multimeter know how to read schematics/blue prints. Duties will include providing customer service via phone by assisting customers with both sales and technical support by identifying parts, resolving technical issues, processing orders, and managing office inventory.

     

    **Required Qualifications** :

    + Ability to read and interpret multimeters and electrical schematics.

    + Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components.

    + Proficiency with computers, including data entry and email communication.

    + Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused during stressful situations.

    + Problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new things and adapt to evolving challenges.

    + Attention to detail when entering orders and updating product information in the M1 system.

    **Preferred Traits** :

    + Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various computer systems throughout the day.

    + Experience with stock management, restocking, and office inventory control.

    + A collaborative, positive attitude with a desire to support customers and team members alike.
