    Our client, a leader in property maintenance, is seeking a Building Maintenance Helper for a 2-week project. As a Building Maintenance Helper, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting essential maintenance operations.

     

    **Job Title:** Building Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** Gillette, WY

    Pay Range: $18/hour

    **Shift:** Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with property maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

    + Engage in cost control measures to optimize maintenance operations.

    + Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.

    + Implement safety and risk management practices in all maintenance activities.

    + Demonstrate effective self-management to meet project deadlines.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required

    + Painting and Drywall experience a plus.

    + Experience in painting and drywall is a plus.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
