Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for our organization while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and efficiency. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit industry, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Leverage tools such as ADP Workforce Now and CRM systems to manage recruitment operations.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to enhance the hiring experience.
• Maintain an attentive and business-casual demeanor within an in-office setting.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment or HR-related roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using software such as ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking systems, and CRM tools.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization under pressure.
• Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
