Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and managing sales processes effectively. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct daily outreach efforts, including 10-20 calls per day, to engage potential clients and understand their needs.
• Travel locally to meet with clients, ensuring personalized service and building long-term partnerships.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and optimize sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Mentor and guide less experienced sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Requirements • Proven track record in sales, with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in a competitive market.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining responsiveness to customer needs.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within sales is a plus.
