    Employee centric organization, with a great work environment and room for growth.  Since 2015, Lighthouse has been a leader in the debt settlement industry, helping thousands of individuals and families find financial freedom.  We help families every day reduce their credit card debt by nearly half of what they owe.  The role of the Inbound Sales Representative is to receive and handle qualified incoming calls from individuals that are interested in getting help with their debt, providing them with a consultation and enroll them into our compliant and performance-based debt settlement program.  Industry experience is not required.

    Inbound Sales Representative Responsibilities:

    + Answer inbound calls from prospective or existing customers, identify their needs, and present the most suitable product, program, or solution.

    + Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding key sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue targets, and call handling goals.

    + Build rapport and trust quickly with customers through a courteous, friendly, and professional approach.

    + Listen actively to customer goals and concerns; demonstrate empathy while guiding the conversation toward a confident buying decision.

    + Clearly explain program details, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

    Inbound Sales Representative Required Skills:

    + Time Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

    + Sales Focus: Strong persuasive skills and a results-driven mindset with attention to closing opportunities on the first call.

    + Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high call volume.

    + Tech-Savvy: Solid computer skills, including CRM platforms, dialer systems, and digital communication tools.

    + Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish): Not required, but highly valued for engaging a broader customer base.

     

    Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from call center environments.

     

    We provide an in-house training program. No experience necessary.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $15.00/HR + Commission + Bonus(es)

     

    Avg Annual Compensation:  $60k
