Job Responsibilities:

+ Perform complete roll changes, including webbing up the machine.

+ Check and replenish lamination, tail tie, and pick-up glues.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

+ Operate hand tools and pallet jacks.

+ Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets.

+ Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high standards for finished products.

+ Manually load boxes into case packers when equipment is down.

+ Maintain and clean equipment and work areas.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ **Experience:** Prior experience as a Machine Operator is required.

+ **Education:** Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

+ **Skills:** Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

+ **Work Environment:** Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

+ **Experience:** At least 3-4 years in a manufacturing environment.

+ **Schedule:** Must be able to work a 12-hour rotational shift (2-2-3 schedule, alternating between 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM every four weeks).

Starting pay for these positions will range $15.75 an hour to $18.00 an hour

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
