    We are currently hiring a **Carpenter** with a focus on **fence building and outdoor structure construction** . If you’ve built anything from birdhouses to backyard decks—or have experience running your own handyman or carpentry business—we want to hear from you!

    What You’ll Do

    + Construct custom wooden fences, gates, pergolas, and related outdoor structures

    + Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings

    + Measure, cut, and assemble wood and materials with precision

    + Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

    + Stage, label, and organize materials throughout the production process

    + Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines

    + Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

    + Deliver craftsmanship that exceeds customer expectations

    What You Bring

    + 2+ years of carpentry experience (at least 1 year in finish or trim work preferred)

    + Fence building and/or outdoor structure experience strongly preferred

    + Comfortable reading tape measures and basic blueprints

    + Hands-on knowledge of carpentry methods, wood types, and joinery

    + A curious mindset—someone who asks questions, wants to learn, and takes pride in their work

    + Strong attention to detail and quality

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    + Bonus: Past experience owning your own business or working independently

    What We Offer

    + 4-day work week 6:30am - 4:30pm (Mon–Thu) with optional OT on Fridays from 6-12noon

    + Paid training (2–6 weeks depending on experience)

    + Starting pay from $18-$20 with performance reviews at 30/60/90 days for potential pay increases

    We provide required PPE, including safety glasses (gloves and earbuds optional). All you need is your work ethic, willingness to learn, and basic carpentry tools.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
