    Description Electrical Superintendent

     

    Position Summary: We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage all phases of electrical construction projects. This leadership position ensures that electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards, client expectations, and local codes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems on job sites

    + Lead and mentor electrical crews, ensuring top-tier performance and accountability

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, and material procurement in coordination with project managers

    + Enforce compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies

    + Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and inspectors to troubleshoot and resolve site challenges

    + Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks on all electrical work

    + Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress and resource allocation

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum of 4 years experience as a superintendent

    + Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

    + Proven leadership and team management abilities

    + Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

    + Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential electrical projects

    + Familiarity with scheduling and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)

    + OSHA safety certification

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
