This position is responsible for providing leadership in driving and implementing reliability centered principals within manufacturing to support the organization’s efforts to improve delivery and cost. This position provides universal oversight of physical asset management, reliability tool training and utilization, reliability best practices, overall work practices and the management of all associated data systems.
+ Leads in the standardization and optimization of preventive, predictive, precision, and prescriptive maintenance, processes. Additionally provides leadership and oversight of the maintenance planning and scheduling practices, CMMS system administration and parts inventory management.
+ Leads, maintains, and drives continuous improvements to the Corporate Reliability Program and all supporting documentation. Audits facilities to the corporate standards annually and reports out findings to senior leadership to advance Reliability Maturity.
+ Works with the Tech Services Managers to develop reliability plans to address gaps from audits. Directs the reliability management processes including department reliability cadence meetings, agendas, and documents in Smart Sheet to maintain consistency and drive standardization across the organization.
+ Directly manages corporate technical reliability personnel, leveraging them across the organization to drive optimizing preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, precision maintenance, RCA, FMEA, and all fundamentals of mechanical reliability
+ Support the Engineering and Operations teams through early asset management strategies and project support.
+ Develops strategies, directs activities and evaluates effectiveness of the overall MRO and parts. Ensures processes are developed to maximize inventory control and accuracy. Provides direction and oversight for vendor related contracts for MRO and maintains parts integrity by working with internal auditors and departments.
+ Work to integrate reliability and continuous improvement to reach new levels of throughput performance. Leverages RCA, FMEAs, and problem-solving synergies. Provides direction in creating and managing standard run parameters for equipment and integrate into standard work. Works to integrate PDM technologies into maintenance practices to increase overall equipment performance.
+ Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and insight to Maintenance and Operations work groups on the fundamentals of reliability. Utilizes effective training and communication methods to build skills, institutionalize processes and mentor teams in the adoption and execution of a reliability-centered mindset.
