CTG is hiring for a remote **Communication, Change, and Transformation Lead** to help lead the Epic Refuel initiative.
Position Summary
The Communication, Change, and Transformation Lead plays a pivotal role in the success of the Epic Refuel initiative by aligning people, processes, and technology through strategic communication and change management. This role is responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, fostering adoption, and ensuring a smooth transition across the organization by applying proven change management methodologies and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management:
+ Develop and lead the change management strategy aligned with the Epic Refuel goals and milestones.
+ Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses across stakeholder groups.
+ Collaborate with clinical and operational leads to ensure adoption at all levels.
Communications:
+ Design and implement a comprehensive communication plan for the project lifecycle.
+ Coordinate with internal communication teams and senior leadership to ensure message consistency.
+ Manage communication channels and feedback loops across departments.
Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Identify key stakeholder groups and design engagement strategies tailored to their needs.
+ Facilitate workshops, forums, and stakeholder meetings to promote buy-in and address concerns.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department leaders throughout the transformation.
Transformation Leadership:
+ Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing behaviors and mindsets aligned with the Epic Refuel vision.
+ Monitor adoption metrics, feedback, and KPIs to inform continuous improvement.
+ Support leadership in articulating the project’s value proposition to internal and external audiences.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60 to $80 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
