Description
SAIC has an immediate need for a **Program Analyst Associate** supporting the Tactical Networks (TACNET) Automated Digital Network Systems (ADNS) and the Consolidate Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES) Program of Records (PoR), **located in San Diego, CA.**
**Note:** This role is Hybrid Remote, with periodic onsite requirements (20-40%) in the San Diego area.
**JOB DESCRIPTION** :
+ Support the Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (TACNET CB-ISEA) Modernization Support Service Area.
+ Provides general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support for the project management team.
+ Take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, respond to customer/client/team inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required.
+ Format and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and other documents.
+ Support project management team and network engineers to prepare, update, and distribute programmatic artifacts.
+ Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, as needed to collect, update, and turnover the artifacts to the appropriate parties.
+ Perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.
+ May be responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, research and secure requested information, and compiling/proofing of various deliverables.
+ Directly interface with Government Civilian and Active Duty Navy personnel.
+ Process visit request, personnel travel, and expense reports.
+ Participate in a continual improvement process, and provide inputs to standard operating procedures.
+ Will not have any direct reports.
Qualifications
**REQUIREMENTS** :
+ HS/GED and four (4) years’ experience, Associate's degree and two (2) years’ experience, Bachelor's degree and 0 years’ experience.
+ Must have Active Secret Clearance.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
+ Excellent written and presentation skills.
+ Experience communicating and presenting to large customer groups and program leadership.
+ Exceptional attention to detail.
+ Experience building complex documents, spreadsheets, slide decks and project files.
+ Demonstrated ability to think critically.
**DESIRED SKILLS** :
+ Experience with Travel & Expense software.
+ Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing project demands and dependencies.
+ Experience supporting PEO C4I & NAVWAR Enterprise Operations (Navy Afloat systems a plus (CANES, ADNS, or ISNS).
+ Experience participating in strategic planning.
+ Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems a plus (networks, routing/switching, servers, virtualization.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
