    Performs complex maintenance and preventive maintenance duties in support of operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform Preventative Maintenance and extensive equipment repairs on INDUSTRIAL Machinery such as Large Hydraulic Presses, Induction heaters & conveyors independently as prescribed by written and verbal instructions

    + Supports electricians and other maintenance staff in performing equipment repairs

    + Provides guidance to Maintenance 1, 2, and 3 employees and contractors to accomplish projects

    + Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment failures, recommends solutions and conducts repairs

    + Documents maintenance activities as required and records time management in data base.

    + Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations & notifies management of equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.

    + Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas

    + Other general duties as directed

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 5 years proven experience working as an electromechanical maintenance technician at an industrial manufacturing facility.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic drawings and schematics.

    + Advanced electrical skills with control power and circuits from 480Vac to 24Vdc.

    + Proven experience with troubleshooting motor controls and VFDs.

    + Related professional degree or technical training degree preferred.
