    Description

    We are looking for an organized and proactive Workplace Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure a productive work environment for all employees. This role involves maintaining office space, overseeing facility needs, and coordinating workplace services to support efficiency and employee satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Office Management: Ensure the workplace is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary resources.

    + Vendor Oversight: Manage contracts and communication with facility service providers, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

    + Employee Support: Coordinate workplace services and address employee needs related to office operations.

    + Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing onsite events, meetings, or workshops.

    Requirements

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in facilities coordination, office management, or similar roles.

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
