Job Posting: Computer Installation Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled technician to join our team and assist with computer installations across various locations. This role requires hands-on experience with computer systems, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

+ Set up computer hardware and peripherals at designated locations

+ Install and configure software, operating systems, and drivers

+ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site

+ Maintain organized records and adhere to task timelines

+ Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

+ Deliver a professional, customer-oriented experience during installations

Required Skills:

+ Proficiency with computer hardware and operating systems

+ Experience in installation and deployment of desktop systems

+ Solid understanding of troubleshooting methods for software and hardware

+ Ability to support general help desk functions

+ Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities

+ Clear and courteous communication

Preferred Experience:

+ Prior experience with desktop deployment and field support

+ Familiarity with computer peripherals and installation tools

+ Intermediate technical expertise and a willingness to grow

Additional Info:

+ Long-term opportunity with room for advancement

+ Work will begin in a specific regional area with potential to expand to other locations

+ Must be able to travel as needed, and a vehicle will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
