    Climate:

    This position will require continual response to dynamic circumstances and conditions and must be able to make good decisions based on multiple considerations. Must interface effectively with a wide range of personnel under pressure situations and be both assertive/direct and responsible. This person must be able to keep accurate records and documentation. Communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills, personal organization skills, and ability to make rational decisions based on data are critical.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Manage indirect procurement strategy with over 9,000 parts

    + Supervise six (6) store room associates covering a 24 x 7 environment

    + Manages Cost Savings Projects (leverage, sourcing alternative suppliers, etc.)

    + Establish collaborative environment with key suppliers and business partners to manage supplier performance and support long term strategy

    + Manage monthly indirect budget

    + Implement and maintain all KPI's:

    + Service levels management

    + Cycle Counting

    + Inventory Management of $3M+ CMMS system management and discrepancies - Micromain

    + Provide cross functional communication and alignment with customer/supply base

    + Implement operations to improve processes and reduce errors/duplications

    + Performs and leads an annual physical inventory

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + Two (2) plus years purchasing, planning, and/or scheduling experience

    + Demonstrated experience leading a team

    + Familiar with SAP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS Windows and MicroMain

    + Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

    + Ability to balance multiple and shifting priorities
