Field Maintenance Technician - First Shift, Full Time

We're searching for a dedicated **Field Maintenance Technician** to join our team **full-time** .

We are looking for an entry level team member that is eager to learn and grow with us. This position receives a **competitive pay range of $20-$24 per hour** , plus a maintenance truck, tools, a cell phone stipend, gas discounts, and on-call stipends, this role offers both **rewarding work** and **great perks** . YOUR ROLE AS A FIELD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

**Schedule:** In this full-time position, you'll work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with participation in an on-call rotation for urgent service tickets. You receive a competitive on-call stipend in addition to your hourly wage. Your day starts in the field, and you'll be traveling between various locations to keep our facilities in top shape.

**Your Typical Day:** As a Field Maintenance Technician, you'll be out in the field, tackling service tickets and ensuring that our facilities-from gas stations to restaurants-are operating at peak performance. Your work will involve troubleshooting HVAC systems, repairing gas pumps, maintaining car washes, and handling a variety of general maintenance tasks. You'll interact with store managers and team members, making sure that equipment is functioning properly and that preventive maintenance is up to date. Whether it's mowing lawns, replacing light bulbs, or coordinating with vendors for repairs, your role is crucial in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 3+ years of general maintenance experience

+ Valid driver's license

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Ability to perform simple calculations of volume, length, and weight

+ Ability to perform operations with units such as cups, pints, and quarts

+ Ability to complete the physical demands of the job

+ Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with HVAC general troubleshooting and gas pump repair

+ Experience with Microsoft programs
