    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum • Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory • Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT) • Teach safety protocols and compliance standards • Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability • Monitor and communicate student progress effectively • Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment • Prepare students for successful healthcare careers

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience • Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel • Teaching or coaching experience is a plus
