Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will operate machinery and equipment on the production line to meet daily production targets. You will inspect finished products for quality control before packaging and shipment, ensuring that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed to maintain a secure working environment. You will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity, while keeping accurate records of production output and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery and equipment on the production line to meet daily production targets.

+ Inspect finished products for quality control before packaging and shipment.

+ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

+ Keep accurate records of production output and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

+ Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.

+ Attention to detail and quality assurance.

+ Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Skill in production, assembly, and general production processes.

+ Forklift operation experience.

+ Machine operation skills including packaging and packing.

+ Proficiency in using a tape measure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
