    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **General Laborers** for projects located in the **Knoxville, TN area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $22/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to further your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Assist in the rehabilitation of apartments from fire, water, and smoke damage

    + Roof repairs

    + Demo of damaged materials

    + Tear out & dispose of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and sub-flooring

    + Remove fire damaged roofing materials and debris

    + Strip areas down to studs or substructures

    + Clean soot, debris, and water from surfaces

    + Set up & maintain containment areas for dust and debris control

    + Load, haul & dispose of waste

    + Install temporary supports or protective coverings

    + Operate a pressure washer

    + Clean all areas

    + Maintain pressure washer

    Requirements

    + Lift up to 75 lbs

    + Must pass a background check

    + All PPE

    + OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
