    SUMMARY:

    Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    + Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters

    + Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted

    + Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments

    + Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures

    + General administrative tasks as required

    + Performs housekeeping as assigned.

    + Assist in annual warehouse inventory

    + Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

     

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

     

    We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) _This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive._ **Compensation:** Base Pay Range: $21.00 an hour and upTotal compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. _Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
