    DESCRIPTION:

    As an **Electrical Superintendent** at Fisk Electric, reporting to **The General Manager,** you will have the opportunity to:

    + Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site

    + Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy

    + Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job

    + Develop and update the project schedule

    + Prepare two-week look ahead schedules

    + Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software

    + Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors

    + Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces

    + Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers

    + Maintain accurate cost reports

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + At least 8 (eight) years of commercial construction experience is required

    + 2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor

    + Experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring successfully

    + Experience with Conest and Accubid Software

    + Experience with project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required

    + Good written and verbal communication skills
