What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate equipment and perform general labor tasks to support plant operations

+ Assist with material handling, cleanup, and housekeeping duties

+ Monitor and report equipment or safety issues promptly

+ Support maintenance and production teams as needed

+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

+ Ability to work safely and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment

+ Willingness to perform physical labor and operate various types of equipment

+ Strong work ethic and dependability

+ Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

+ Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
