What You'll Be Doing
+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production of sand and gravel materials
+ Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant site
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
+ Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly

+ Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic mechanical tasks
+ Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
+ Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds
+ Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods, including exposure to dust and uneven terrain
+ Ability to operate hand and power tools, and safely enter confined spaces or elevated areas as needed
