Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Financial Data Analyst for a large financial services company in the Charlotte, NC area. The Analyst will be responsible for:
o Own and manage Traded products Book of work, including full ownership of RAID management, UAT oversight and user engagement.
o Present monthly status to CORE stakeholders on the changes to the program, and drive topics for discussion and escalation.
o Complete data analysis and propose design solutions to migrate over key reporting artefacts to new visualization tool
o Develop and enhance controls and user experience of book of work items, and ensure appropriate due diligence has been completed
o Partner closely with Global Market users on additional requirements and engagement to ensure business adoption is successful, end to end.
o Manage multiple weekly working groups, with clear agenda, minutes being tracked as part of ensuring accountability

Skills and Requirements
Ability to analyze and manipulate large quantities of data with great attention to detail as well as understand the flow of data within database applications
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Strong communication (written and oral)
Strong ownership and accountability skills, including project management skills Data analytics experience (Python, PowerBI, Alteryx)
Experience on products that are market facing (global market, etc.) null
