    Clean Harbors is looking for a **Corporate Card and Travel Administrator** to sit in Norwell, MA. The Analyst, Corporate Card and Travel is responsible for Traveler/Cardholder Support & Guidance. They will train and support users in making Enterprise and National car rental reservations using PCards, billing accounts, or purchase orders, and assist with FCM travel bookings. Additionally, they will support our Corporate Card Program, manage our Vendor agreements and SLAs, and act as a subject matter expert on travel and card data reporting.

    + Provide phone and email support to employees navigating travel reservation processes.

    + Maintain internal travel support SharePoint pages.

    + Assist administrators in locating and understanding travel expense tools and documentation.

    + Advise on expense reimbursement procedures in collaboration with the Expense Team.

    + Train and support users in making Enterprise and National car rental reservations using PCards, billing accounts, or purchase orders, assist with FCM travel bookings including making reservations on behalf of others and retrieving invoice copies, and provide support for CLC hotel reservations, both within and outside of the approved network.

    + Assist with Oracle PCard ordering process, including profile creation in US Bank.

    + Handle card overrides and account maintenance, including weekly reports on terminations, hires, and job changes.

    + Submit updates to the Level 8 Org Tree to ensure accurate approver listings.

    + Investigate and resolve issues related to lost/stolen cards and fraudulent charges.

    + Conduct spend analysis and maintain Power BI dashboards for corporate card and travel programs.

    + Act as a subject matter expert on travel and card data reporting.

    + Audit card usage and receipt compliance; monitor and optimize rebate returns.

    + Maintain an up-to-date list of active billing accounts and travel arrangers.

    + Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).

    + Monitor and promote the use of in-network hotels and preferred rental car and TMC partners.

    + Continually look for and present process improvement opportunities to leadership.

    + Other assigned duties

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience in corporate travel, finance operations, or program administration will also be considered.

    + 3+ years of experience in corporate travel or card program administration preferred.

    + Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI, Excel, Word, PPT or similar tools.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Familiarity with Oracle, US Bank systems, and corporate travel platforms (e.g., FCM, Concur, CLC) is a plus.
