    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an HR Recruiter for Chemicals client located in Sugar Land, TX This is a hybrid role within the HR and Talent Acquisition department, with 3 days working onsite and 2 days working from home. This person will be working alongside 4 other recruiters in Sugar Land, and will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This person will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This person may recruit on roles ranging from office roles to field services positions, and may be responsible for up to 30 requisitions at a time. The ideal candidate should be able to actively and passively identify top high-performing talent and have an ability to attract that talent to the organization. This will be a front-end corporate recruiting position, so that after the offer is accepted, the requisition will be passed off to the back-end team. This will be a six month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1+ Years of experience in recruiting or TA Sourcing

     

    Experience with screening, evaluating, scheduling, and interviewing candidates

     

    Applicant Tracking Systems experience (Workday Preferred).

     

    Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Office. Chemicals or Oil and Gas Industry Experience

     

    Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related.

     

    Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System

     

    Knowledge of third-party recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and more.

    Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and employment laws null
