• General Labor / Repack 1st Shift

    Our client is seeking a General Labor / Repack 1st Shift to join their team. As a General Labor / Repack, you will be part of the Production department supporting the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** General Labor / Repack 1st Shift

    **Location:** Walker, MI

    Pay Range: $17/hr

    **Shift:** 5:00 AM - 3:10 PM (Monday to Thursday)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Build boxes, paper skids, and support any dunnage activities as needed.

    + Pack and secure parts in the pack station using banding tools.

    + Inspect and perform quality checks of parts being packed.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area, following 5S standards.

    + Accurately report production quantities into the MRP system.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to read and interpret safety rules and production manuals.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

    + Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

    + Willingness to work in a loud environment and follow PPE standards.
