Description

The Payroll Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring payroll accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. If you have strong data entry skills and experience in payroll, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input employee hours into the payroll system, ensuring proper categorization of regular hours, overtime, vacation, and other types.

• Collaborate with managers to review and verify manual timekeeping data from various locations.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in data entry tasks, meeting or exceeding numeric key performance standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and organize payroll data effectively.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to payroll processing.

• Assist in transitioning manual timekeeping records into an electronic system.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in timekeeping data.

• Generate reports and summaries as needed to support payroll operations.

• Provide support and assistance in audits or reviews of payroll data when require

Requirements

• Proficiency in high-volume data entry with numeric key performance between 8,001 - 10,000 KPH.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and organization.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll information.

• Ability to work collaboratively with managers and team members across multiple locations.

• Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping processes.

• Effective problem-solving skills to address discrepancies or errors.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
