    Description

    Robert Half is currently working with a local manufacturing company to hire an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable working onsite with employees and management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes

    + Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interviewing

    + Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

    + Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment

    + Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance

    + Coordinate employee training and development programs

    + Support performance management and employee relations initiatives

    + Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping systems

    + Promote a safe and inclusive workplace culture

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    + 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

    + Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

    + Must be available to work onsite Monday–Friday

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + PHR or SHRM-CP certification
