Attorney

A leading and growing boutique litigation defense firm in the DTC, seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4 plus years of experience to join our growing team. The practice areas for this position include personal injury, property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability. This position requires a current license to practice in Colorado, exceptional legal research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, excellent communication, and computer skills. Requirements • A minimum of five years of experience in litigation, particularly in defense-related practice areas.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.

• Exceptional skills in legal research and writing, with strong attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and court proceedings.

• Proficiency in case management and document management software.

• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to excellence with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and inclusive environment.
