Description
We are looking for an experienced part time HR Generalist to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. In this role, you will manage various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR practices.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
• Administer and coordinate employee benefit programs, ensuring timely updates and communication.
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and accessibility of employee data.
• Process payroll using ADP, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and communicating with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
• Proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including onboarding and benefits management.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms to maintain and analyze employee data.
• Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and related processes.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
