    Description

    On behalf of our client we are looking for a Construction Administrator near Buffalo Grove, Illinois. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, ensuring project schedules are maintained, and managing detailed documentation for all job files. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in both communication and organizational skills.

     

    Onsite: Monday-Friday

     

    7:30am-4:30pm – 1 hour unpaid lunch

     

    Compensation: $50k-$63k

     

    Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

    Responsibilities:

    + Build good relationships with customers by following up regularly.

    + Organize job files, making sure all documents are accurate.

    + Update job files often to keep information accurate and on time.

    + Help manage project schedules and check in with team members daily to stay on track.

    + Keep customers informed about timelines, schedules, and any changes.

    + Make sure all projects follow company rules and standards.

    + Watch project progress and arrange inspections to prevent delays.

     

    Requirements • Proven ability to manage timelines and schedules effectively.

     

    • Experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.

    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle concerns professionally.

    • Familiarity with managing and reviewing customer contracts.

    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.

    • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in tracking project progress and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
