Description

Our client, a boutique plaintiff’s-side personal injury law firm based in the SW Metro, is seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage an existing caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment that values professional development. While there is no expectation to bring your own cases, the firm offers incentives for origination.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to resolution

+ Represent clients in negotiations, litigation, and trial proceedings

+ Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

+ Work closely with team members, including paralegals and other attorneys

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school + licensed to practice law in Minnesota

+ 3-5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience

+ Proven experience managing plaintiff-side personal injury cases

+ Excellent client communication skills

+ Strong advocate with a deep desire to win for clients

+ Strong litigation and negotiation skills

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Base salary + percentage of fees collected on worked cases
