Our growing company is in search for new talent for the role of Operations Technician.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    + Operate agronomy equipment for the application of nutrients and crop protection to customers’ field.

    + Precisely blends and custom applies fertilizers and agricultural chemicals based on recommendations and label directions.

    + Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times.

    + Assist with customer walk-ins and delivery of products.

    + Receive grain and accurately place in proper bin.

    + Load out grain in trucks or railcars according to contract specifications.

    + Perform routine inventory measurements and monitor grain quality.

    + Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and rolling stock on a routine basis.

    + Perform yard maintenance including driveways, mowing, weed control, and snow removal.

    + Assist with equipment maintenance, inspections and repairs.

    + Assist team members in other areas as needed.

    Requirements

    + H.S. Diploma/GED

    + Basic understanding of machinery operation and dry material handling.

    + Maintenance and mechanical skills.

    + Computer Skills

    + Customer Service Skills

    + Attention to Detail

    + Valid Driver’s License

    + Ability to obtain required commercial application certifications.

    + Ability to work in heights and a dusty environment

    + Ability to work overtime as needed, including some evenings and weekends.
