Job Summary
The Mississippi Wraparound Institute Impact Specialist drives the effectiveness of Wraparound initiatives by leading training design, delivery, and resource management for partners and stakeholders. This role establishes and manages data systems to track training, coaching outcomes, and fidelity. Through rigorous analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, the Specialist generates reports and dashboards to evaluate program impact and inform continuous improvement for youth- and family-centered systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the Wraparound model.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Coordinate the design, scheduling, and delivery of comprehensive Wraparound training sessions for partner agencies and community stakeholders.
+ Continuously maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and readily accessible online resources.
+ Proactively schedule, meticulously plan, and seamlessly coordinate various training sessions, engaging workshops, and essential professional development events.
+ Tech-host virtual training events and diligently track staff completion of all required training programs and certifications.
+ Develop and maintain robust systems for the efficient collection of training attendance records, detailed coaching session outcomes, thorough fidelity assessments, and valuable family feedback.
+ Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure the timely and accurate entry of all pertinent data and maintain strict compliance with all confidentiality and data protection policies.
+ Work closely with partner organizations to facilitate the completion of necessary documents and compliance reviews.
+ Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to effectively assess training effectiveness, adherence to the Wraparound model with fidelity, and overall program outcomes.
+ Generate regular, insightful reports and comprehensive dashboards specifically designed for partner agencies, funding bodies, and community stakeholders, providing crucial information for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social work, family and child studies, or related field from an accredited college or university and one (1) to two (2) years of project management experience. A valid Mississippi State Driver’s License is required.

+ Adept in Microsoft Office
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals
+ Excellent organization and time management skills.
+ Detail-oriented
+ Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people
+ Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
+ Ability to review work for accuracy
+ Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
+ Ability to travel or complete overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree social work, family and child studies, or related field from an accredited college or university.
