Salary : $38 - $40 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Baltimore is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes.

Full time case split between 2 patients, or could do 1 or the other starting 8/25

Patient 1:

6 year old female with a gtube and bi pap via vent located in Pikesville, 21208

Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 11:30p-7:30a

Patient 2:

4 year year old female with a gtube, trach, and vent located in Reisterstown, 21136

Shifts are Thursday and Friday night 9p-7a

Responsibilities:

+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

+ On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

+ Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

+ Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

+ Current BLS card.

+ One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
