    Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant Job Description

     

    Join a dynamic production environment where you will play a crucial role in managing the Maintenance Spare Part program and supporting the production of various vehicle models. You will coordinate with multiple teams to expedite deliveries, ensuring timely production schedules and maintaining inventory control.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the Maintenance Spare Part (MSP) program and oversee change requests for components.

    + Coordinate with various teams and vendors to reset expectations for missing or delayed parts.

    + Expedite delivery processes to ensure production remains up-to-date.

    + Support daily activities related to vendor purchase order follow-ups and part control.

    + Provide SAP support and assist with ordering and vendor coordination.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Experience with SAP, production planning, scheduling, and supply chain management.

    + Experience in the manufacturing industry.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Power BI is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
