Job Title: Segmentation TechnicianJob Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and quality? Join our dynamic team as a Segmentation Technician! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in producing high-quality Pre-Operative Plans that are essential for successful robotic surgeries.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize our proprietary case management system to set up new cases.

+ Ensure CT Scans meet Surgical protocols.

+ Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create accurate 3D Anatomical Bone Models.

+ Develop detailed Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacements.

+ Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for precise anatomical landmark selection, and correct implant sizing and positioning.

+ Upload completed Pre-Plans to field-based personnel.

+ Meticulously document all activities following prescribed methods and procedures.

+ Adhere strictly to work instructions to ensure consistent and reliable output.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in design software, Photoshop, and CAD software.

+ Strong computer skills.

+ Knowledge of anatomy is highly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma required; Associate or higher preferred, ideally in a STEM-related field.

+ 2 years of work experience in fast-paced environments or computer-oriented roles.

This is a fully on-site position in Portage, Michigan, operating on the 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment is a relatively quiet office setting with a business casual dress code. Voluntary overtime is available up to 10 hours, with additional opportunities during the holiday season, including Saturdays and double time on Sundays. This role offers a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. The position involves working with cutting-edge technology in one of the largest growth drivers in the medical device industry, offering a family-type feel in a close-knit team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
