Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded engineer ready to take on the challenge of optimizing high-tech, automated manufacturing. This role blends manufacturing science with real-time data analysis to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze tool performance and dispatching logic to ensure seamless equipment and process flow.
Maintain and enhance scheduling systems that support fab capacity goals and operational control.
Manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Develop planning capabilities that align fab output with customer demand.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robotic workstations, detection systems, and informatics tools meet performance standards.
Lead daily operations for Manufacturing Specialists to meet production targets.
Own a section of the wafer production line—identify gaps, solve root causes, and implement improvements.
Work cross-functionally to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
Present insights and long-term strategies in daily team meetings.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a related field (4–5 years preferred for semiconductor backgrounds).
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or related fields.
Strong understanding of optimization algorithms and manufacturing systems.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for large-scale data analysis.

Work Environment
This role is based in a fully automated production environment. You’ll work primarily from a computer, analyzing data and driving improvements—no frequent presence on the manufacturing floor required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
